Repeat the process with all the mozzarella bites. This takes about 13 minutes in my oven. Add pizza dough squares in 2-3 batches to the boiling water, cooking the dough for about 30-60 seconds. In a small bowl, mix warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar; add yeast and whisk until dissolved. In either case, don't pat it flat; just stretch it briefly into shape.
